These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TourVault (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using TourVault on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other teams or users, or to circumvent access controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload and create in TourVault — your rounds, notes, uploads, videos, and derived data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the team members you authorize. You can export or delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output disclaimer

TourVault uses AI to transcribe, structure, analyze, and answer questions about your data. AI output — including strokes-gained estimates, insights, practice plans, tournament packs, and assistant responses — is provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions. It is not professional, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or acting on it.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may require a paid plan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourVault and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
